However, I will admit that I struggled a little on the eating side. I ended up have 2 slices of pizza today for lunch. But I did not let that stop me from eating healthy the rest of the day. I know there will be times where I will make mistakes and eat something I should not have eaten but that is life. And the most important thing I have learned from this mission so far, is to learn from my mistakes and move on. Because if I sit here and dwell on it, then I will never make any successful progress towards my goals.
Tonight was fun as well. Paul and Janine (Paul's Wife & Patty's Bridesmaid) invited us over for a nice healthy dinner consisting of turkey burgers and turkey sausage. And let me tell you, tonight's dinner hit the spot! It was also fun tonight because Paul is a Weight Watcher's guy as well. He actually started doing Weight Watcher's after I started and saw that it was working for me, so he decided to give it a try. And 60 lbs later, he feeling better than ever. We like to motivate each other all the time and believe me it helps every bit.
Anyway, I am exhausted and I want to wake up at 7:30am for basketball tomorrow. So until tomorrow and I mean tomorrow. Have a great night my friends!! Let's get to the details of the day:

ReplyDelete"When you get fit, you can achieve a higher level of freedom. Freedom to have options and make choices you would never have dreamed of. Hum… do I want to play softball, basketball or do a triathlon. Oh gee...I think I’ll do it ALL!! That my friend is FREE WILL and you can’t put a price tag on that. Part two of your mission is getting fun. Be well, be happy."
