I am counting down the days until Patty and I move into the hotel. That magic number is now 2 days. At least in the hotel I will be able to lift weights and run on a normal routine once again. Thus making it easier for me to get back to my daily routine. I have been working out everyday but not the way I want to. Running every night is great but I need to get my weight lifting workout back into the mix. Any exercise is better than no exercise but I do miss my normal routine a lot. It also helps that I have been eating pretty good since I arrived down here. In the last 3 weeks, I only had 2 cheat meals. That is not bad at all, considering that I have not been home for a while now.
Anyway, tomorrow is another important day for getting work done. The participants will be heading down here on Sunday and I want to make sure that everything is covered and taken care of before they are here. I hope you all have a great night and I will talk you tomorrow.
With that being said, let's get to the details of the day:
Meals of the Day (The Heavy Man - 49 Points)
(I am currently following the Weight Watcher's PointsPlus program)
Lunch - Foot long double turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with 2 slices of american cheese, a serving of cheddar sun chips, and apple slices (Subway) = Points 23
Snack - A serving of wheat thins = Points 3
Dinner - 2 servings of Tuna Roll (Sushi), 1 cup of hibachi chicken, 1 cup of white rice, a salad with honey mustard dressing, and a cup of edamame = Points 22
Total Points Eaten Today = 48 Points (1 point under my daily limit)
Exercise
I ran for 30 mins outside. I will probably end up running outside for the next 2 nights and then get back into my weight lifting routine on Sunday, when I get into the hotel.
Day #207 - Weigh-In = 212.0 lbs

You are doing great for being away from home... I hope you and Patty can enjoy some fun time on Christmas day!
ReplyDeleteHang in there. I am so happy Patty is with you. I have been away from your blog for awhile, but have thought of you. Stay strong. You will all learn alot (as you wrote) to make next year easier and more efficient. You have made terrific progress this year. Stay strong, my blogger friend, through this wonderful season. Merry Christmas, Michele
ReplyDeleteIf I don't have my routine I am lost. The fact that you are finding a way to somewhat stick to yours away from home is unbelievable. You will probably feel a huge sense of normalcy once you hit the hotel. That has got to be better for you.
ReplyDeleteAt least you and Patty are together and you aren't alone. I hope you have a good Christmas with her.
Wishing you and Patty a Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteHope you get a little time to yourselves.
I know you'll be happy to back to a routine.
