Anyway, I ate very healthy today and managed eat my daily points limit. And I followed my own advice that I mentioned last night. I made sure to make some time for myself today to go running. Even though work was consuming a good part of my time today, I made sure to take a break to workout. And I felt a lot better after doing so. While running, I was able to step back in my mind and lay everything out that had to get done and hopefully this will help me in the next few days leading up to the big event. My run felt great tonight because the weather was a very nice 60 degrees and I was just in the mood to run. And I am definitely happy that I made the time to do so.

Meals of the Day (The Heavy Man - 49 Points)

Breakfast - Egg whites with cheddar cheese on whole wheat bread = Points 10
Snacks During the Day - 2 slices of whole wheat toast with a serving of peanut butter, grilled cheese sandwich with a serving of wheat thins, 2 rice cakes, and a serving of wheat thins = Points 22
Dinner - Steak and Potato Salad and a serving of French Onion Soup (Applebees) = Points 17
Total Points Eaten Today = 49 Points
Exercise
Today I ran for 30 mins outside. Tomorrow I will be executing my weight lifting routine.
