This week has been a roller coaster when it comes to my weight. I started off under 200 lbs last weekend before the Super Bowl. Then I was over 200 lbs after the Super Bowl. And now I am under 200 lbs once again at the end of this week. It is very interesting actually how much the human body can fluctuate during the course of a normal week. I am just happy that I stuck to my healthy eating routine this entire week while working out just about everyday.
Today is a very busy day at work. But I will make sure to take time, later tonight and this weekend, to let you all know how I did with food, during my weekend long birthday celebration. But until then, I am going to leave you with my update photos from the last few days. Have a great Friday my friends!!

Definitely a teeter-totter act there with the 200# mark. It wont be long I am certain; your willingness for success has proven that if you want that number to be less and stay there then it certainly will.
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday!! Michele
