Sunday (Feb 6, 2011) was a day that I will not forget when it comes to food. Patty and I ended up going to Paul's house, along with my brother, Caroline, and a few other of our friends. There was so much food on the table that I just couldn't help myself. The only shinning moment of the night was that all of the food was healthy. But that still doesn't neglect the fact that I walked out of that house, more stuffed than I have been, since the start of this mission. Sunday night will be used as a constant remember that I can still lose control every once and a while. I just have to be more careful that it doesn't happen any more. You will notice by my update pictures how my weight fluctuates according to the days because of my pig out session on Sunday night during the Super Bowl.

Meals of the Day (The Heavy Man - 45 Points)

Breakfast - 4 Eggo nutrigrain waffles = Points 7
Snacks - 2 serving of wheat thins = Points 6
Early Afternoon - 1 boca veggie burger on a WW whole wheat roll, with a slice of WW american cheese, and a serving of baked tostitos = Points 10
Late Afternoon - 1 boca veggie burger on a WW whole wheat roll, with a slice of WW american cheese, and a serving of baked tostitos = Points 10
Dinner - 1 serving of homemade Chicken Pot Pie (Weight Watcher's Recipe) = Points 8
Dessert - 1 WW ice cream cone = Points 4
Total Points Eaten = 45 Points

I played basketball last night for 2 hours.

Sounds like an active weekend! Great job. Mine wasn't so much. I need to try harder to keep workouts up on the weekends.
