Meals of the Day (The Heavy Man - 49 Points)
(I am currently following the Weight Watcher's PointsPlus program)
Snack - 2 cookies form Subway and a pear = 12 Points
Dinner - Baked Chicken on bone with pasta = 16 Points
Total Points Eaten Today = 28 Points (21 points under my daily limit) *Not the way I want to lose weight.
I seem to be having trouble finding my way into the hotel gym. I am, however, constantly moving the entire day without stopping.
