I also managed to get back on track today with my normal eating pattern. The last week has been an up and down roller coaster ride pertaining to food. But I am now back on track and it is important for me to stay there, especially when I am going to be away for a month without Patty's cooking. I will definitely be fine on the workout side, it is just trying to cook as good as Patty does is what worries me. I want to try and stick to home cooked meals as much as possible, so I can save my money by not going out to eat everyday while down in Charleston. So I am going to have to learn real quickly how to make the healthy meals I have grown accustom to.
Anyway, I have to wake up at 4:00am for a morning flight out to Alabama tomorrow. I have one last event to run before the big move to Charleston takes place. I hope you all have a great night and I will talk to you tomorrow with a new edition of The Heavy Man Travel Series.

Meals of the Day (The Heavy Man - 35 Points)
(I am currently following the Weight Watcher's Points System)
Breakfast - Egg whites with a slice of american cheese on a whole wheat bagel and a fat free hot chocolate = Points 10
Snacks During the Day - (6) 100 calorie snack packs = Points 12
Dinner - 2 grilled cheese sandwiches (All Weight Watcher's Ingredients) and a serving of baked chips = Points 7
Dessert - 1 Weight Watcher's ice cream cone = Points 2
Total Points Eaten Today = 31 Points (4 points under my daily limit)
Exercise
Today I played basketball for an hour and 45 minutes. Tomorrow I will be executing my weight lifting routine.
